Jon Feldman

Jon Feldman is a highly accomplished executive, operator, exited founder, marketer, dealmaker, and investor, with over 20 years of experience building and leading high-performance teams at the intersection of technology, commerce, logistics, and media.

Jon is currently Chief Commercial Officer at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc., where he leads the company’s non-consumer commercial portfolio across B2B, wholesale, marketplaces, franchising, retail, and network-based fulfillment. His remit spans multiple P&Ls, large sales and account-management organizations, national and local fulfillment operations, and the commercial technology platforms and partner ecosystems that collectively drive hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue and support the company’s core consumer brands.

Jon was an early employee of Uber, where he held three leadership roles over seven years, first as a GM for ridesharing (UberX) and delivery (Uber Eats) businesses, then as Head of Global Strategy & Planning for Delivery.

Previously, Jon founded and was CEO of Open Air Publishing, which made interactive educational e-books, and was acquired by Sequoia-backed Inkling; served as a management consultant at Booz & Co.; and held business development and growth roles at Viacom and IAC for media and ecommerce brands, including MTV, Comedy Central, and CollegeHumor.

Jon was most recently at CLEAR, where served as EVP, CLEAR Verified and led the B2B go-to-market team for CLEAR’s emerging platform business (expanding beyond airport security lines). Prior to joining CLEAR, Jon led operations, local market strategy, merchandising, and partnerships teams at GoBrands during a period of rapid growth for its Gopuff and BevMo! convenience & alcohol delivery businesses.

Jon is also an active early-stage startup investor, as a Partner in Feldsmith Capital, and serves as an advisor to the founders / CEOs of several of these companies. Jon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
